The European Union funded Skills and technical Education Programme (STEP) conducted an eval of the comprehensive trainee orientation program and updated codes of conduct in colleges.
Improved behaviour, reduced dropouts, increased interest to complete studies were some of the findings.
The consultant presented the findings on Tuesday 9th September, 2019 at the Ministry of Labour Offices in Lilongwe.
The evaluation includes recommendations for improvements in the materials as well as in the practice.
